bluetooth useless

I have this phone. I really enjoy the sound quality, battery life and keyboard. I cannot get the bluetooth to work at all. Several members of my family also have bluetooth. They can reach each other, but not me and I can not reach them. It is quite frustrating. It is harder to navigate the internet than on phones with a touchscreen. Otherwise it is pretty good and certainly more durable than some I have had.

is a good looking cellphone, easy to use, but the keyboard is super small is not easy to see the letters, numbers and choose your selection, the keyboard like for be used for a little kid is too small, the quality of the image is not good and you cannot record a video because this option is not aviable. Either can use the bluethooth.... dont work!!
but if you live in venezuela and you don't care about my review... buy it because work perfectly there

I don't care what "options" my phone has as long as it can dial and have a decent call volume. This phone has been perfect, plus now I am learning to text!! Truly a nice phone...
